- The maximum number of
people occupying the premises shall be 4.
- All people occupying the
premises shall be non-smokers. Visitors shall not smoke whilst
inside the premises.
- The let is from 3pm on
Saturday until 10am on Saturday. Visitors staying after this
limit without prior arrangement may be subject to an additional
charge.
- Short breaks between October
and March are let by prior arrangement.
- A deposit of £50
is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due one
month before the start of the let.
- Cancellation. The Hirer
agrees that, in the event of Cancellation, while every effort
will be made to relet, if a substitute cannot be found, the Hirer
will be responsible for paying the full fee for the period booked.
- The Tenant is responsible
for the premises and its equipment during the period of the let.
Any damage or breakages must be reported at the end of the let.
- The Hirer shall at all
times keep the premises in a clean and tidy condition.
- The Hirer undertakes to
leave the premises secure if left unoccupied during the period
of the let, and do nothing to invalidate the Landlord's Insurance
Policy.
- The Owner accepts no responsibility
for loss, injury or damage to any member of the Hirer's party
or their property, howsoever caused, arising in any manner out
of the let of the premises.
- The accommodation of pets
is allowed strictly by prior arrangement of the owner.
Hiring the Lodge
is deemed as agreement with the foregoing terms and conditions.
